“O Almighty God, look mercifully upon the world which thou hast redeemed by the blood of thy dear Son, and incline the hearts of many to dedicate themselves to the sacred Ministry of thy Church; through the same thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord.” 28 BCP p. 39
“How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? and how shall they preach, except they be sent?”
Romans 10:14-15
Dear Friends in Christ,
Yesu Ashimwe! (Greetings in our Lord!). I bring you good news of our mutual work to educate future ministers for the Church of Rwanda and the Diocese of Kibungo. Below are the recent graduates that have been sent into ministry prepared by the grace of God and the generosity of Christians in the United States.
New Graduates
Received Masters Degrees in Theology
Received Bachelors degrees in Theology
We currently have four students in post-graduate studies and anticipate sending two-to-four candidates for bachelor’s later this year.
The Seminarian Fund, which we give glory to God has made possible more than twenty-five new priests over the past six years, is held in trust by Christ Church Anglican as an account in First Bank. If you wish to contribute to the education of future clergy and send them out to preach, you may do so by sending your contributions to:
Christ Church Anglican
