What’s going on at Christ Church Anglican? 

Well, click here and find out!  Our calendar is online on the website, and is regularly updated with services, Bible studies, classes, and other events happening here at the church.  In addition, we’ve linked a liturgical calendar from an English church organization to help you keep track of the church year.

New and Updated Announcements:

      • Last week’s installation of Father Hutchens as Rector:  If you missed last Sunday’s service formally installing Father Hutchens as rector of Christ Church Anglican, you can view a recording HERE.
        • Wednesday, September 23rd at 11:30 AM at the church we will continue our weekly Bible Study on Wednesday mornings.  We will start with the first Gospel, Mark. Question: What sets Mark apart from the other Gospels? Come see!
      • Islam from a Christian Viewpoint.  Is the Jesus of Islam the same one found in Christianity? Join us for a Saturday teaching from 10:30 – noon beginning on Saturday, September 26th for a five week overview of Islam. You don’t have to be a member of the church to attend this class, so please invite others who you think might be interested!

O LORD, we beseech thee, let thy continual pity cleanse and defend thy Church; and, because it cannot continue in safety without thy succour, preserve it evermore by thy help and goodness; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Previous Rector’s Forum:  After the morning service on the 6th, Father Hutchens conducted a Rector’s Forum after the service, during which he outlined some of his initiatives and provided information on the Diocese of Kibungo in Rwanda.  If you’d like to view it or to download a copy of his presentation slides- click here.

Weekly parish office hours:
Here is our parish office schedule:

Monday – Priest’s Sabbath (day off)
Tuesday – Office open 10AM to 5PM
Thursday and Friday – Office open 9AM to 12 noon

Other times are available by appointment only.

If you ever experience an emergency or urgent situation that requires the presence of your priest – Father Hutchens expects, encourages and asks you to contact him immediately, day or night, any day of the week. Cards with his phone and email information are in the narthex – please take one and keep it with your personal “in case of emergency” information.

Mid-weekly service: We hold a mid-weekly Evening Prayer and healing service on Wednesday nights at 6:00 P.M.
